Operating principle
Converts TT/TN networks into IT networks
Leakage currents caused by inadequate earthing can endanger personnel and cause faults in sensitive equipment connected to the system. The most common way to convert a TT or TN network into an IT network is to use an isolation transformer.
These transformers provide a solution for eliminating leakage current problems and improving electrical safety at locations with weak earthing.
Surge arrester and thermal protection
Provides full protection with lightning protection, a current-rated thermal breaker and an insulation monitoring relay.
SCADA notification
Power-loss and surge arrester alerts are transmitted via the SCADA output.
